At first the glasses arrived with a crooked frame. I somehow tried to bend it and use it, because the holiday was just around the corner, so I kept my glasses for the summer instead of complaining. At some point I discovered the news and answered. I could not send the dealer a photo of the crooked glasses, because I had already thrown away after the holiday. The dealer has still sent me a brand new glasses !!! INCREDIBLE customer service. Well (a summer later) I have these glasses brand new and this time with absolutely straight frame! The quality is great this time. Must have been an exception before.<br /> Can I recommend to everyone !!! Value for money unbelievable, customer needs taken very seriously.
